Choosing the right staff is essential to the creation of a high quality youth philanthropy program.  The best program model in the world is only as good as the staff who implements it.  The staff sets the tone for the program, and they are responsible for the program's continuity from one year to the next.   Youth philanthropy programs use a variety of staffing and leadership models.
